In this large home remodel project, we fully gutted the entire downstairs of this home. We did hardwood flooring throughout with the customer’s choice of stain and all-new base trim. We supplied and installed new wrought iron balusters and sanded, stained, and finished the handrails to match the flooring.

We did tile flooring in the laundry room with custom cabinets in a dark blue color selected by the customer. Quartz countertops with an under-mount sink were also done. In the downstairs bathroom, we did a full tile shower with an oversized niche and bench, glass, and a vessel sink with the vanity.
