Owner / Licensed Journeyman
Being a plumber is a Bower’s family occupation, with Joe following in his father and grandfather’s steps. After graduating from Curtis High School in 2002, he apprenticed at the Local 26 Fort Lewis Union and officially became a plumber in 2005, earning his Journeyman certification in 2010.
When he’s not on the job, you’ll find him with his wife, Heather, and kids, Riley and Joey. His hobbies include monster trucks, classic cars, softball, “man stuff” and weight lifting.
Chelsey has been friends with Joe Bowers since the age of 17. He called her a few years back to answer phones for two hours a day and within a few months she had started working full time as project manager and scheduler.

Life outside of work is spent camping, riding quads and snowmobiles, shooting guns, and spending time with her family.
Mary grew up in Hawaii, but Washington has been home for most of her life.
She is a mother of three handsome young men and a stepmother to three beautiful young ladies. “We are the modern-day Brady Bunch!” She is also grandmother to an amazing one-year-old granddaughter.
She is engaged to her best friend Adam with plans to get married in August 2020.
Mary spends her free time going to comedy shows, concerts, and taking road trips. She loves to travel — her favorite place to visit is the ocean.
Juana is a busy mom of four. She came to Bowers at the end of 2019 and found family.
“The love for this company by everyone working here is like no other and I enjoy coming to work everyday.”
She enjoys spending time with her kids, crafting, playing games or just relaxing and watching something on the tv together. Getting outdoors for a hike and just being in the beauty of the PNW is Juana’s happy place. She also spends time at her local church and Celebrate Recovery, serving wherever is needed and helping people.

“I love all the people I work with. Our company is a family and when I started working here, I really felt all the love and happiness that everyone shows towards one another. Plumbing makes me feel like I have a career for the rest of my life because I am always learning something new. I love the smiles I get from customers when I am done with a job. Leaving my customers happy is my number one goal.”

He moved to Washington in search of a new life for his family. Beau became a proud new father on February 18th, 2020.
“A lot of companies have claimed to be a “family”. However Bowers truly sets the bar! Since day one Bowers has proven to be committed to their employees. I couldn’t have asked for a better opportunity and I am so grateful everyday I get to go to work.”
Brandon is from Tacoma, Washington, and has been plumbing for 12 years. He says “He’s like the ranch dressing of plumbing.
