This remodel started out as a insurance claim, where a bathroom flooded out from upstairs to downstairs. The owner decided to do a full home renovation. We did LVP flooring throughout the main areas and carpet upstairs and in the bedrooms. Shiplap was installed in the ceiling in the living room. In the downstairs bathroom, we did a full custom shower with a custom enclosure with gold hardware. We did a penny floor and custom fabricated a old whiskey barrel into a vanity. In the kitchen, we did custom cabinets with a butler’s pantry. A custom hood was made and we installed a tile backsplash to the ceiling. We installed a lighting system under the oversized island to allow it to light up and change colors. We also did under cabinet lighting. Our team did a curbless shower in the master bathroom with 2 cm quartz slab on the shower walls, two niches and two benches. We did a new shaker vanity with a countertop mounted center cabinet and quartz countertops. In the main bathroom, we did a 12”x24” tile on the tub surround with a new tub and the same tile on the floor. A new vanity with quartz countertops was also installed. All new base trim and casing were installed throughout the house along with new drywall, paint and lighting. We did a new deck off of the master bedroom as well as a new outdoor covered area for entertaining. The house was fully painted on the exterior.
